Why Is Google Auto-adding Services To My Business Profile Article Header

Google uses AI that analyzes competitor data, user suggestions, or your website to "improve" 🙄 accuracy. Which in my opinion is super annoying! It seems like every couple of weeks when I log into our business profile and some of our clients' Google business profiles that we manage I have to go through and remove at least 5 strangely worded, incorrect or other services that they have added to the wrong category! Plus the services they add just make the business page services list look unprofessional. Like someone had no idea what their own company does.
